Appointment Policy

Appointments are required. Please call ahead to schedule. However, if an emergency arises during regular office hours, please call immediately. We will accommodate you and your pet.

Appointment Hours: Times will vary depending on what day and what doctor. Please call for available times. We also provide drop-off service with an appointment.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.


Veterinary Services: We provide morning drop-off service for most outpatient veterinary services and grooming. Check-in time is 7:30 am – 9:30 am. Drop-offs are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Always call prior to pick up, to ensure your pet is ready.

Drop-offs are seen 12 pm to 5:00 pm in the order in which they arrived. Emergency cases always receive priority!

Baths: Monday – Friday, by appointment. Check-in time 7:30 am – 9:30 am

All Drop-offs and Baths

All pets must have current vaccinations and be free of fleas. A signed release form is required each time you drop your pet off.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, Debit Cards, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
